找到一个非常简单好吃的松饼配方,不用打发蛋白~
材料:
低粉 180g / 泡打粉8g / 细砂糖20g /盐 2.5g
全蛋2个 / 牛奶140ml / 黄油30g
全部干性材料混合过筛
黄油融化,全部湿性材料混合
干性、湿性全部混合拌匀
平底锅煎熟即可。我用的不粘锅没用油
